CBD, also known as cannabidiol, has taken the United States and other nations by storm. The stuff can be found pretty much anywhere, places like Gas stations, convenience stores, and even high-end retailers like Barneys New York.
Cannabidiol has been described by many as a wonder drug because of all long list of medical conditions it has been said to help with. CBD users report common conditions such as depression, stress, anxiety, and insomnia to be lowered after usage.
This has created a Wild West environment for the CBD market because new products are being introduced on what feels like a daily basis. Furthermore, since the industry is so new and complex, this only perpetuates the already existing confusion.
States like New York have administrated bans on certain products that are intended to be ingested, like CBD edibles or infused-foods.
The ban was initiated because FDA officials had not yet determined the health risks associated with ingesting CBD in prepared foods and drinks.
With the ban placed back in February, the city of New York is still finding many restaurants and coffee shops incorporating CBD into many of their menu items.
NY city inspectors gave the store owners until October 1st to follow the new rule or they would be fined.
What will happen next is somewhat of a mystery, this is uncharted territory for the CBD industry.
Will this push the FDA to speed up these investigations? Will all eateries and cafes be fined? How many places are still selling CBD food and beverages? Questions like these will be answered as time unfolds and the events playout.
Cannabidiol has become well known and liked for numerous reasons. Some of the mains reasons are it’s reported healing properties and because it doesn’t get people “high.”
Furthermore, it also is reported to provide many health and wellness benefits for an array of conditions such as arthritis, insomnia, pain, stress, and anxiety.
Cannabis containing THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) what gets users “stoned.” Additionally, CBD products that are legal in all 50 states are supposed to be derived from hemp for its low THC level, which is less than 0.3 percent.
Generally, places like gas stations, local convenience stores, and basically anywhere that you feel CBD shouldn’t be sold, are not ideal places to purchase CBD from.
Typically these stores are looking for one thing, profits. Dispensaries and stores that specialize in cannabidiol normally have higher quality control standards and lab-testing certificates. This is what separates dispensaries and regular stores.

Dirt bikes and cannabidiol (CBD)? The two may seem unlikely to be mentioned in the same sentence, let alone at all in general.
