About the Hollywood Park Neighborhood in San Antonio, Texas
Hollywood Park is a town in Bexar County, Texas, United States. The population was 3,062 at the 2010 census. It is an enclave within far north central San Antonio and is part of the San Antonio Metropolitan Statistical Area. Hollywood Park is located about 15 miles north of downtown San Antonio. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.5 square miles (3.9 km2), all of it land.
On December 7, 1955, after residents became concerned about losing the neighborhood’s sovereignty to San Antonio, the Town of Hollywood Park was formally incorporated. The community has a distinctly rural feeling, and for the rest of their lives, residents also build homes they expect to live in. The children and grandchildren of some of the original settlers are many of today’s leaders of the city.
In addition to the homes originally built in Hollywood Park, two additional sections were added later to include The Gardens of Hollywood Park and The Enclave of Hollywood Park.

Montessori public school | Garrapata Ln, San Antonio, TX 78232, United States
In 1974, Gay and Jim Judson formed the Montessori School of San Antonio as the Judson School-a Montessori Workshop. Eighteen students at the primary level (aged 3 to 6) attended room classes leased from Asbury United Methodist Church on San Pedro Avenue that year. After the school grew to three primary school sections, it also started to serve older students, adding the first Lower Elementary section in 1981 and Upper Elementary in 1985. Pressed for space, the rapidly expanding school found a new home at 705 Trafalgar, the Alamo Heights Tennis Center’s current site, in 1986. The school added its first middle school class the same year.
