Central Bark Dog Park is a pop-up dog park situated on a popular corner of the South Main district. By expanding the usage of this previously empty 0.15 acre parcel, the Downtown Memphis Commission was able to provide a desirable public asset – a very active community meeting area for dogs, dog owners and neighbors – and to create a better overall pedestrian experience for residents and tourists.
Since 1997, the locations of Central Bark Doggy Day Care have expanded to satisfy a growing number of people who have discovered that dogs require daily amounts of social contact. As one of the nation’s largest networks of doggy daycares, we understand that life is busy.
Each Central Bark Doggy Day Care location has a team of highly trained staff members who understand that dogs are more than just pets, but companions who are part of your family. We take pride in treating every dog as our own, while developing a customized experience for every specific personality.
Central Bark Doggy Day Care is a home away from home for your puppy. Their safe , stable, fun and caring atmosphere gives your dogs everything they need to have an exceptional day, every day. They concentrate on exercise, socialization and preparation so that when you’re reunited with your pooch at the end of the day, you’ll enjoy the company of a happier , healthier, better-behaved dog.
As one of the nation’s largest day care networks for dogs, they recognize that today’s busy lifestyles make it difficult to give pets the attention, structure, training, exercise and mental stimulation required for a happy and well-rounded life.
Central Bark ® opened its den for the first time in 1997 to help the increasing number of people who know that dogs are not just pets. Their puppies are friends, partners and family members. And they are people with distinct characteristics and needs.
Today, they are committed to their dogma of delivering personalized pet treatment in a healthy environment. They aspire to provide a range of outstanding services that set the standard for exemplary canine care, increase the quality of your dog’s life, and strengthen your family ‘s relationship with your canine companion.
Every dog deserves the knowledge of the Central Bark, and every dog parent deserves the Central Bark dog.
