Students who violate this policy will be subject to rising penalties, which may include confiscation of the device and allow the parent to pick up the device. Students will follow specific guidelines on PEDs in Section B and Section E of the Student-Parent Handbook, including the Acceptable Use of District Technology Resources.

  • Transportation and Bus Assignments

Students are expected to fly by transport on the bus allocated to them. It’s a privilege to ride a bus, not a right. Students may be given a different seat on the bus. Only a family emergency will require the transfer of a different bus. Staying with a friend overnight is not an emergency. In order to take a different bus home, a letter must be sent by the parent / guardian the day before or in the morning and sent to the Vice-Principal’s office for administrative approval. Parent contact will be made before the end of the school day to check for changes. Please keep in mind that the number of students allocated to the bus will be taken into account before the approval is given. All bus routes and student assignments are rendered through the transport offices of the district.
