Pastor Vaughn is the father of New Life Christian Center. He retired from the United States Air Force, and on temporary duty travel in Egypt, he had a vision that revealed to him God's plan for this church which was then brought back home with his family where it began!
The story of New Life is one that began as a humble bible study in the home and eventually grew into something much larger. After holding services at Kelly Air Force Base Chapel for some time they moved to storefront space before finding their way back onto military property once more when purchasing an old building on the base which became known affectionately by members & guests alike – “The Hall.” On February 23rd, 1992 this campus opened its doors providing room enough not just Speaker's church but also storage facilities where people could store things while catching up from being apart from such hardship during war times.
