Living in Clarkdale
If you’re thinking about moving to Clarkdale, Georgia, you’re probably wondering what it’s like to live in this historic town. Founded in the early 1900s as a coal-mining town, Clarkdale has a rich history and a small-town feel that makes it a great place to call home with its friendly residents and safe streets. There are also places of worship where the residents go to have spiritual nourishment:
RiverStone Church | 2005 Stilesboro Road NW, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152, United States

They are a church that values connections. They think that authentic life can only be found in relationship with Jesus and is best lived out in interaction with others. As a result, they invite you to investigate the many options available at RiverStone. They believe that in these settings, people will meet others who will love them, pray for them, and journey through life with them!
Eagles Chapel International | 3100 Joe Jerkins Boulevard, Austell, Georgia 30106, United States
Prayer City Eagles Chapel International Ministries is one of Atlanta’s fastest growing multi-congregational congregations. They are a church that preaches and teaches God’s word with force for the entire transformation (Spirit, Soul, and Body) of men in this generation.
Every Sunday morning, they gather in company with God; aside from the praise and worship that is a part of this fellowship, the Word of God is one time that their members look forward to. During this moment, the man of God releases prophetic function and inspired words onto God’s people. The word of God’s servants has been a very powerful weapon that has paved the road for their breakthroughs and miracles.

Revive Church Atl | 1920 Clay Road SW, Mableton, Georgia 30126, United States
They think that the ultimate goal of the Gospel is to return mankind to God’s community. Individuals will only grow completely in the grace and understanding given in Jesus if they practice community. Furthermore, a fragmented society may best experience the power of the Gospel and the nature of God’s action via community.
As a culture of confession, change, friendship, forgiveness, justice, power, and love emerges in ordinary people’s lives, those who do not know Christ will be obliged to question, “What is going on?”
They have “Connect Groups” that are an important element of their church because they give a space for greater fellowship and better support for one another. Given that the early church worshiped in both big venues – synagogues – and in homes, they come together in a similar way to be in better communion with God and one another. Not alone has God reconciled people to Himself, but also to each other. This “each other” is referred to as His Church.

He and his wife, Sandra, have two children, Traci and Lance, who also minister at Word of Life Church with Pastor Henneberg. He accepted God’s call to the full-time ministry in 1982. God began speaking with Pastor Henneberg about starting a church in the Atlanta, Georgia region before he graduated from Rhema.
Pastor Henneberg and a congregation of 25 moved into their new Powder Springs church facility in 1999. God miraculously spared and gave this structure, which was originally the Powder Springs Post Office, for our church body.
They feel that there is more to life than just living in the now. We are designed to live for more than just today, and we have an everlasting destiny. God has already given you the ability to grow. They just want to investigate how God’s strength and purpose may work together to make life worthwhile.
